Description

The P6864 is a high-density compression probe designed for high data rate applications (>450 MHz) where a smaller footprint is desired, such as 4x and 2x clocking. This probe utilizes the same compression probe attach mechanism as the P6860/6880 for quick and reliable connection to the system under test.
