The Rohde & Schwarz FSUP26 Phase Noise Tester, High End Spectrum/Signal Analyzer combines the functionality of a high-end spectrum and signal analyzer with the advantages of a pure phase noise tester. The instrument is a unique and easy-to-use single-box solution for measuring oscillators and synthesizers in development and production applications. In addition, it leads to enormous cost reductions.
