Description

The GT-1051B from Giga-tronics is a broadband, microwave power amplifier for instrumentation which operates from 10 MHz to 50 GHz. It provides 30 dBm of power, a gain of 25 dB with a flatness of 2.5 dB. It has a noise figure of 14 dB, a harmonics of -30 dBc and a spurious of -60 dBc. It is ideal for R&D lab, ATE systems, wireless communications and defense EW applications. The amplifier has 2.4 mm, 1.85 mm connectors and housed in a module which measures 2.5"(H) x 6.8"(D) x 7"(W).
